Harlo & Rhys are edging closer to a homecoming. Rhys weighs 2195g (4.8lbs) and Harlo is 2650g (5.8lbs). We work almost daily on bottle feeding or nursing, with very slow but steady progress. Once they master either or both, they are free to come home. We may be transferred to a new hospital this week to finish growing and learning, which would be the first time they have ever been outside!
Grandma is starting an exercise program to build up her muscles to hold 'em. This sounds great! Happy to hear you are making progress with the feeding. Love Grandma and Grandpa La Fond

ReplyDeleteIt's hard to believe a La Fond relative needs lessons on eating. This has to be a first for us. Practice, practice, practice so the boys can go home to meet Gus. We are all rooting for you. Sally wanted to know if you mixed chocolate into the milk if the boys would eat more...she says it works for her. Have a great end to the week and a super weekend.
